To ensure your succulents arrive in tip-top shape and avoid spending the weekend in transit, we have a weekly order cut-off.
Order by Thursday 6:00 AM ➡️ Ships Monday
Order Thursday after 11:00 AM - Sunday ➡️ Ships Tuesday
This helps us minimise transit time and stress for your plants, especially during warmer months.
Succulents Online is operating as normal, however there are significant delivery delays with Australia post. For the time being we only offer the express option and do all we can to ensure your plants arrive safe and happy. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are pleased to announce that we are now shipping to Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. Our next scheduled shipment to these areas is set for April 07th To be included in this shipment, please ensure to submit the required form before 10 AM QLD time on March 28th . Prior to placing your order, we kindly request you to contact us at info@succulentsonline.com.au. This will allow us to explain the shipping procedures and inform you of any additional costs that might be associated with these regions. We look forward to assisting you with your succulent orders and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Notice to all customers: We are now sending our plants out bare rooted and charging a flat rate for shipping. If you would like your plants sent in pots please email info@succulentsonline.com.au or admin@succulentsonline.com.au directly for a quote. Plants are sent first thing of a Monday morning, so please have your orders before Sunday Evening to guarantee delivery the following week depending on where you live.

Postage starts from $15.90 for express shipping. website will calculate postage Automatically depends on size of the order. Plants will be sent via Australia Post and will be bare-rooted. We take every care to ensure your plants arrive safe and in excellent condition. If you would rather your plants sent in pots, please contact us and we will see what we can do, it will most-likely attract a higher shipping charge because of the extra weight of the soil.
Pick-up
Do you Live near, or are you visiting the Sunshine Coast? You are welcome to pick-up your order. We are at East Deep Creek, Qld, Australia. Please contact us if you would like to pick-up your order.
Terms and Conditions — Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Delivery time varies, approximate times are:
QLD: 1-2 days, NSW: 1-3 days, VIC: 2-3 days, SA: 2-4 days We aim to ship on Monday mornings. This is to avoid your plants sitting in transit over the weekend.
NT, TAS, WA customers: please contact us before placing your order due to additional quarantine charges associated with these locations.
Returns policy
If there is a problem with your order when arrived, please send us an email within three days of receiving. And please make sure to send us a photo showing the damaged plant and a photo of the shipping label on the box.
If you have changed your mind about your order or if you want to delay the delivery date, please contact us before end of the week before we process your order over the weekend.

We ship our orders only on Monday or Tuesday to avoid delays with Australia Post and to avoid possible damages if plants get stuck with Australia Post over the weekends.
Important Notes:
If you are not happy with your order for any reason other than damage to the plants during shipping, you may return the plants to us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the plant’s condition upon arrival.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be sent via Australia Express Post.
Once we receive the returned plants, we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same good and healthy condition as when you received them, using the photo you provided for comparison. If the plants pass inspection, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the plants.
We do not offer refunds for plants that have been damaged in transit.
