Haworthia glauca var. glauca is an enchanting succulent celebrated for its captivating blue-green hues and elegant rosette form.Haworthia glauca var. glauca is a variety of Haworthia glauca, a small succulent plant native to South Africa.

Leaves:

  • It is also suitable for growing in small containers, rock gardens, or as part of succulent arrangements.

  • Relatively low maintenance requirements.During the active growing season, typically spring and summer, it benefits from regular watering but should be watered sparingly in winter when its growth slows down.

Key Features:

  • Haworthia glauca var. glauca is well-suited for indoor cultivation and can be placed near a window with filtered sunlight.

  • This variety prefers bright but indirect light conditions.

  • It can tolerate some direct sunlight, particularly morning or evening sun.

  • This Haworthia species has very sharp pointed leaves which is unusual.

  • They are pale blue/green and are clump forming, very similar to Haworthia coacerta.

  • Can be quite striking in pots as they grow and are a great addition to any collection.

  • Prefers early morning sun.

NOTE: Haworthia do like to have up to 70% shade or filtered light and its a good idea if they are kept in pots and re pot at least once per year.
