How to Care for Sunburst Succulents

Light Requirements- Bright, Indirect Light: It needs lots of bright, indirect light, which is the area that Sunburst does best in. It does not like being exposed to direct sunlight as this will burn its leaves.

Indoor Growing- Put near a window, but chose its side of the house carefully, if you do not want blinds to be shining by the midday sun.

Watering- Moderate Watering: It requires moderate watering.

Good Drainage- There should be a provision of drainage holes in your pot so that there is no accumulation of water at the base.

Soil Well-Draining Soil: It is recommended that one uses a mixture of succulent or cactus. That type of soil does not allow water to form and rot the roots It nonetheless reduces water logging and consequently root decay.

Temperature- Mild Temperatures Optimal growing conditions are around the range of 20-25°C or between 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. Protect from frost.

Seasonal Care Tips

• Sedum: Sedums are nice in contrasting manners with trailing or ground-hugging growth habit, and they will complement well with Sunburst’s erect habit.

• Crassula: Crassulas are of different shapes and sizes and thus diversify the appearance of the succulent garden though it complements rather than competes with Sunburst.
