Decarya Madagascariensis popularly referred to as the Octopus Tree is an exotic, sculptural succulent plant indigenous to Madagascar, which bi-architectural design consists of thin, thorny branches that zigzag in a visually linear form. Its stems are slender and flexible and are grey green and they have many spines along them and the stems curl around one another to provide a nice decorative fence as well as a protective one to the plant’s existent environment. This one is hardy and drought resistant; It grows and looks best when planted with little attention and care making it a perfect plant for those people with little time to attend to the plant.

Features:

  • Drought-Tolerant:This resilient succulent thrives in arid environments and requires minimal watering, making it an eco-conscious choice for water-wise landscaping.

Care Tips:

  • Sunlight: Bask your Zigzag Plant in full sun for optimal growth and to maintain its unique shape.

  • Watering: During the growing season, water moderately, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Reduce watering significantly in winter.
