Fockea Multiflora

Fockea Multiflora is one of the strangest caudiciform plants that I have come across, it has a very round and fat tuber-like trunk and climbers therefore makes it excellent addition to caudiciform collection. Originating from the regions of southern Africa, this wonderful plant is sure to be the centerpiece of any room and makes copy with the large base of its stem called caudex containing the water and nutrients of this plant that grows in very arid regions. The thin stems open into rows of small beautiful white or pale-yellow flowers giving a delicate aspect to its exotic shape.

This plant can be used for both interior and exterior decoration because it prefers a lot of sunlight but indirect, and well-drained soil.
