The Mangave ‘Praying Hands’ is basically a low growing succulent that has an interesting shape and excellent hue. Its name – Praying Hands – explains the form of the plant well – slim, tall blades of leaves, which look like hands clasped in prayer. The leaves are thick, fleshy with green color with a fine grain and dotted with bluish shades, which appear pronounced in sunlight. It should however be noted that this variety does not have spines on the edges and as such it is attractive and safe to handle.
This succulent is a cross between the Agave and Manfreda genera, inheriting the best traits from both: the aesthetics of the structure of the Agave and short germination of the Manfreda. Mangave ‘Praying Hands’ has a mature size of 60 cm (24 in) tall by 45 cm (18 in) wide, so it is excellent for garden borders or potted and container gardens or as a focal plant for succulent gardens. It requires soil with good drainage and requires full to partial sun, allowing it to grow both indoor and outdoor. As with most varieties of succulent plants it prefers to be watered occasionally and resists drying out.

Unique Form: Its symmetrical arrangement of leaves resembles clasped hands in prayer, creating a striking and meditative focal point in any garden or container.

Eye-Catching Color: Its dark green leaves are adorned with maroon spotting and reddish-brown terminal spines that almost touch at the top, adding a touch of drama and intrigue.
Low Maintenance: Agave 'Praying Hands' is remarkably easy to care for, requiring only well-draining soil, occasional watering, and ample sunlight to thrive.
