Stenocactus coptonogonus, also known as the Brain Cactus due to its intricate rib patterning, is a fascinating and visually striking cacti species. Native to the high plateaus of Mexico.

Growth Habit: Stenocactus coptonogonus typically grows as a solitary plant, forming a low, globular to slightly elongated body that can reach up to 6 inches in height and 4 inches in diameter.

Spine Characteristics: One of the most distinctive features of Stenocactus coptonogonus is its spines. The plant sports numerous thin, needle-like spines that radiate outwards, forming a protective barrier around the cactus.

Rock Gardens: Ideal for rock gardens where its unique texture and form can be showcased among other drought-tolerant plants.

Container Gardening: Perfect for container gardening as it does not require much space and can be easily maintained.

Drought Tolerance: Highly drought-resistant, requiring minimal watering once established.

Low Maintenance: Requires minimal care, thriving with neglect, which makes it suitable for those new to cactus gardening.

The succulent plant housed in the red pot comes in a 80mm diameter container. While the image provides a representative depiction of what you will receive, but may vary slightly because no two succulents are the same.
